Full Version: Dos Bittorrent
is there any version of bittorrent that could be run commandline / silently that would be able to seed files? this app, the file and the torrent would be uploaded, then it could be seeding, it would be nice to try this out.
just use hiderun.exe
I've seen some utils which will hide your running apps. I think they're called hidden32.exe and hiderun.exe
Your idea is interesting maybe i should try it out
nah of course hiderun is hiding a prog but u cant just do hiderun.exe bt.exe or whatever... a command line client with switches and stuff or a config file is needed. i think i will try a few different win32 clients and see if one will stay hidden and seed whatever is in a certain dir.
why you should use bittorent... i mean i don't i think it's safe.. everybody can put stuff on it.. and it's p2p soo ..:S
can these hidden32.exe and hiderun.exe also be used to hide other programs like Serv-U?
4 servu u don't need any hiding tools u cann add into the INI configuration file
INVISIBLE=TRUE and it'll be run silently
my $0.02: It depends on the site youre UL-ing and DL-ing. I usually wait and see how the "community" is. not to be a badger or anything, but other than the obvious (like your IP plastered all over the place and bt being p2p), how much more unsafe could it be (sorry, still a noob)?
where did you find that line? I can't beliefe thats true
There is a bittorrent what works in command line ( Burst! )
go servu and make it invisible much safer.
bboybojo dont be so evil
en there are many ways to seed you files on allot of computers... just think logical
every windows version of bittorrent out there can be ran from command line, from the original - to ABC - to azerus and others. i love suprnova.org, great source of applications and albums. btw, starter of this thread, i know what your thinking of doing, and it's very simple, dont make it harder than it is

INVISIBLE=TRUE only hides the "U" tray icon.... This is a "lo-fi" version of our main content. To view the full version with more information, formatting and images, please click here.
