I live in Iran and recently iran government added proxy to all internet connections in Iran and filter sites.
as I chek proxy ips are :217.218.155.71-73
I use some internet explorer plugins toolbars but since seting up this proxy I have pig problem with them & they don,t work.
I use serveral other proxis but it didn,t work!
In this possition I have 2 question:

1-how can I find our government proxy servers ports?
[I scaned them with the several scanners but I didn,t find any open proxy ports?]

2-How can I free from this proxys that my tools work with out changing of settings?

Sometime ago I read about some Open Source project targeting this issue. Maybe check sourceforge.net and see if you can find anything. It is something like a P2P tunneling system for people from states that filter traffic.

all of the proxy list of gsecure do Work for me

its very lame that u cant bypass this lame filters that opens the site but are setup on the recive packets then they say 200 ok and ....

u can chose 2 ways

1- on winxp use cmd>ipconfig -d -p proxy:port bypass-list so even if u use or hack by cmd u would be anonymous or

2- ie>internet option>connections> chose the conection >settings > use proxy >proxy > port > by pass list > ok

this would work : 68.15.135.83:8080
