*** Update,
The zip seems to be corrupt

Hopefully you can just rezip the files.

well try to locate a loop gateway number!or you can use it if you want to identify a dial up server system!....or for fun!

itll bascially dial up loadsa numbers you specify
800****** and tell you if a person answers (itll then hang up)
or if a pc answers, itll log it and then give you what options you can do.
e.g. if its a bbs dial up itll show u a screen shot from the bbs login page
btw bbs=buletin board system, a kind of forum that was around before the interent became big, used to share files.
dial up anyway, if you successfully handshake and get an ip i suggest rpc'ing the whole range as they arent on the net so wont be patched i bet :-)

dude this handshake buisness i dont understand...
lets say i got a handshake, and then what? my modem is logged into his right? so what do i get on my computer? or what do i have to do to get into his?

Handshake is a acknowledgement that something was sent or received. TCP uses a 3 way handshake when sending data. But we arent going to go into that right now. not the place nor do i have the time right now.

well GhostCow i suppose your are talking about finding a dialup server what to do next.well first try the anonymous trick or a variety of a most used account like admin root and that stuff.if that does not work use a bruteforcer...yes there is one but i forgot the name.Most ppl use proggies like pcanywhere(correct me if i am wrong) so they can access their pc throw a modem from another location.The call is being made,the modem responds and after a usual authorization viola!he has access to his computer!They usually activate a wake up on Modem from the bios so if the pc detects a dial tone from the modem the computers is turning on.Some ppl can be crazy about security and create 2 steps of protection.First is an identifier of a dtmf sound frequencies so that if you pass this you move to other step wich is the account authorization.
calling Verified&PC power On Verified
You----------->||DTMF login---------------------------->Proggie Login------->Root||
<--Attacker--><---------------------------------Target------------------------------->

Hey, does anyone know of a wardialer that works with a USB modem? Or does this one that started the thread do that? If not, would it be possible to write a wardialer using Hyperterminal? Thanks everybody.
