I want install on hacked server ftpbouncer, so how i hide any process/connect from ftpbouncer.. ? any ideas ?

I run a linux server and suspect, that people run a ftpbouncer on my server. though i cant see any process. is there a way they could have possibly hidden the process and or connections from that bouncer?

And how can detect and remove it?
