I mean like editing the winmgnt.exe > I know its something with hex
(editing mean change service name, and some more advanced options)

open up hex editor...search for string that u want to replace. Replace that string with one of equal lenght and u're done.

now another prob mate, there is a way to compress it ? (IM using PE Explorer)

I use UPX-IT for compressing...its the gui version of upx so its easy to use.
