Iis Upload Problem

Hallo together,
I've got a question about IIS-Server.
I try to get files via batch and via tftp on a a server but both options don't work.
I'm not sure why it doesn't work maybe becaus ther is a firewall on it ?!?!

Is there any other way to get files on an IIS ??
