i think it's impossible to hide the user in the active directory server, would be very nice though.
my suggestion is for u to make a "low-profile" account in the server that's not in the administrators group, that way u can use that account to login when u need to do stuff that don't need admin axx to it and if u do need to do stuff with admin axx u can use the administrator account using the password u got originally or using pwdump.

ilx is right, you can better do a pwdump and login using an exsisting account, making a new one will look suspicious
