Ive knocked up this little program to search through results that x-scan throws up.

You will need the .net runtime files to make it work which can be found here :

I would like to stress this is only a beta program and any bugs you find it would be great if you could post them. Also if you would like to see anything else added or taken out

there is a program that already does this, FXLogTransformer, works perfectly, takes about 5 secs for 150 sql passes, it also does alot more than just xscan, has PLENTY of otehr fun stuff

New version has way nicer features and im building a ping system so it pings the ip to see if it is online and checks the box if it is. So you know a scan ip is alive or not

Mouse: i would have done it in VC++ if i knew how to code in C++ and since microsoft is pushing .NET as the next biggest thing i decided to do it in that. And ive been told that "Black & White 2" is been coded in .NET, not sure how true that is but never the less.

daguilar01: i do realise that there are alot of other programs that do parse more programs log files that just xscan. But I didn't like them and thought they were very nice to use. So developed my own.

Whats this kind of thing used for? To search through a text file and use the vulnerabilities listed in it and check for them on the remote system?

When you scan with XScan you will notice that for every computer it scans it makes an individual html file with the details of the scan. This means that you have to manually go through them all and find any with results in them. The parser i wrote does that for you and return the results in a nice easy to read fashion. As well as this it will ping the target ip to see if it is currently online or not for doing what ever it is you would do to them.
