yes that's about windows logins and for win9x...
What about winnt and XP ?

This doesn't say where dial up passwd's are saved...
(i need to know where username,passwd and phone number is saved for dial up's...)
There are many tools out there but here's one.Have never used it.

i don't want a tool for this...
i'm making a proggi and just what to know where the files are saved...
nothin' more...
i now that there are thousand appz for passwd steals and decrypts...
but i really need make this... and let me know where dial up passwd's are saved...

hmmm....unless i am misunderstanding your question, the answer is extremely simple. c:\windows\system32\config\sam
but...u cant access this file when windows is running (unless u are very clever and can make your program run as top level process).
recent copies of the sam file can be found in \windows\repair and under \system volume information where backups may be found in NT boxes

I have tryied to find out with no success in which exactly file does windows writes login passwd's...
Also, i need to know in which file does saves all dial-up connections... (usernames,passwd's and call number...)
