someone got idea how to turnoff services (with more than one word) through sqlexec ?

for example :
net stop Computer Browser
getting The syntax of this command is: NET STOP service

and when using inverted commas "Computer Browser" its make SQL_ERROR

yes m8 upload this to server....
service.exe and type in sqlexec .... service.exe (name of .exe)
by cmd man u should understand
u create services... list... delete...stop
and more
