Full Version: Lan Boxes Swap?
Well,lets say i have 10 machines connected with lan sharin an unique internet service,they are 1.1.1.1 1.1.1.2 1.1.1.3 and so on till 1.1.1.10,how can i swap to one of those machines in the command prompt? i'm inside 1.1.1.1 and i want to swap to 1.1.1.6 so i can handle that machine from 1.1.1.1,sorry for my bad eng,i hope uve got the qestion
it would be far easier to setup port forwarding on the gateway machine and forward a port for radmin or a vnc to the machine you want to access. how ever for command lines access, aside from accessing a drive or folder, you would have to use telnet which requires a telnet daemon to be running on the machine you wish to access. this is for a win environment. for a VERY superior environment like *BSD, or any other *nix environment, obviously ssh would be a good alternative.
yeah it's about win,what u pratically mean about port forwarding? there is some specific cmd.exe or telnet command i can try? thx w00dy
Basically you have to install a telnet daemon on each computer you wish to access remotely.
