Agree... the files tlist, kill, winmgnt...
These are old... but also quite easy to obtain... but thnx anyway (not needed ... but still)

by the looks of things iis.ini is a unicode checker script, goes though the basic unicode where or how you run it beats me dont need the stuff but good work anyways
