There is a way in unicode bug servers to bypass firewall and launch a shell with netcat , they always block the port listen ... I have also admin rights but without shell.

I try to use a batch file that kill and stop common firewall service but never have success.

May the FW is in hardware (a BOX used als Gateway) in the LAN....
if so U can't get Axx truth it.... (depend on the config) ...

Try Reverseshell or bind the shell on port 53 or some other Open ports ....

yeh or use one of the many rootkits which hijacks IE's connection, as port 80 is bound to be enabled.
