There is no /sethost command on Ratbox, so anyone know some way of making up for that command?

There isn't one onRatbox that I know of. Maybe /svshost would work for what you want. I use ircd-ratbox-1.5-3+ipmask-1.4.3(20040724_4) for a long time now and I like it. : )

Hm, seems to me that ipmask needs additional modules *.c as well as *.diff file...
Is there any readme on how to install ipmask, and does this module enables /svshost
also, I need /svshot to be used only by oper.. Will it be that way?

You need to patch it with this diff file
http://ircd.botbay.net/pub/ratbox/3-Featur...de-X-1.4.3.diff but this is only working on 1.5.3 (I think) It does enable /svshost along with some others. And you can set only so oper can use it in the config. Hope this help.. ; )

OK, and how to disable /list and and /whois for ordinary users???
