Hello, i have metasploit running on an debian 2.2 localhost:55555 (the http version not console), now i want to browse to it thrue lan (mozilla on windows xp) however it isnt possible, only from the linux machine. It works fine with webmin so i dont know what is wrong.

Anybody any idea ?

I'm sure it's possible to run it on another interface, but I got no debian running now, so can't test it.

I've problem using metasploit 2.3 in FC3 (kernel 2.6.9-1.667)
each time I run msfconsole or msfcli i got the same error :
Can't locate object method "new" via package "Msf::Nop::ppc" (perhaps you forgot to load "Msf::Nop::ppc"?) at /mnt/e/Source/Linux/net/framework/framework-2.3//lib/Msf/UI.pm line 137.

please help me what to do? how to load Msf::Nop::ppc in ./lib/Msf/UI.pm

These perl packages are metasploit specific. Go get the latest download of the framework:
http://www.metasploit.org/tools/framework-2.3.tar.gz

And make sure you maintain the directory structure. I have moved the framework-2.3 directory to different locations without any problems. I know even gentoo has added a portage package for Metasploit but its easier to just download the new version and use it.
