Using Winhex also but another nice program that you can use is Hexposure which run in dos mode.

i use BreakPoint Hex Workshop 4.23
its one of the best

WinHex v11.x is what i usually use!!
but i started out with Hacker Dissassembler and Hexeditor, which are very good products too.

Hex Workshop 4.23 is what I use. It's the best for me. (Advertisment pawa !!)

But it's not free...

010 Editor, its not a free program but its got some nice things and gui to under xp

I think combination of 'Easy-to-use disassembler' and Hex Workshop 4.23 works the best .
I don't see any upload button here otherwise I would have attached the cracked/patched files.
