in another forum. it is about restricting specified apps from being run.this seems very interesting to me, so i applied all the steps mentioned there but the application still was able to run after reboot.

did i do anything wrong ?
does this tweak work 4 u ?

if not working test xcacls.exe (in windows resurce kit i think)
with this tool you can set spezific rights for users

example:
xcacls.exe test.exe /T /C /D Administrator /Y
denies Administrator to access the file.
