Full Version: Win 2k Modding
I'm trying to mod my 2K to have a special pic for above the login box, the CTRL+ALT+DEL controls and shutdown box and I have a feeling it's the same file.... Does anyone know where it's hiding??
msgina.dll .. yes! thanks!! this'll be fun
man i love this stuff.
Not bad, if i had used windows i personaly would like a pair of nice boobs there, would be cool
Not working all time... FUN sometimes...
hm i tried to modd the msgina.dll but windows always change it again to standard
nice one tweaks....maybe I should take a look at it hehe
just found a list of system files and their resources you can mod...
http://www.virtualplastic.net/html/hacklist.html BTW- you can check out the string tables too and everything else... you can mod those too, not just the pics
thought i'd just link threads:
http://www.governmentsecurity.org/forum/in...showtopic=10690 a few bits and peices (with links) on Win32 modding/hacking. -ed.
windows keep backup files somewhere in system folder . after u edit msgina.dll then do a search for msgina.dll in windows drive and replace all msgina.dll files with edited one so if windows restores files then also it will be the one u want
nice hack
ill give it a try
wow, i'm gonna try this aswell
yeah try ResHack (http://www.users.on.net/johnson/resourcehacker/)
