i checked the services list, but no tftp was there, possible to start that service like just telnet?
net start ...?
any help welcomed

hmm not sure what you mean...
You want someone to be able to download/upload files from/to you?
Then you need to set up an TFTP server..
If you want to use tftp go to your command prompt and type in tftp.exe and see if you can figure that out.
You can do all sort of stuff with tftp like gets and puts and that sorta sht...

well, tftp hasn't got a real start command.
if you would like to service it you can always use firedeamon, or even better: services.exe
