Maybe you could use Radmin. I think these is very often used.
But there is lot of others things, but detected by AV I think...

thats your answer there are plenty of tutorials around, i suggest you start looking at tuts on how to hex files and look at packers (oh shit hitting netcat with morphine made it undected by latest KAV)

To made a exe file undetected you can compress it with an exe packer. Or crypt it. The Most packers, pack it so does it decrompress oder decrypt when you run it and it get catched. But there are also Packers wich crypt the file and it doesent decrypt @ runnig.
PS : click on these HP @left side the Section Packers. In the description you see wich packer decrypts files @ running and wich not.
I hope i could help you a bit.

I know, you don't want to use Serv-U, but a well modded Serv-U started as a service could be a nice backdoor, too. Here is a tutorial to make the famous HackerDefender rootkit undetectable: http://www.governmentsecurity.org/forum/in...?showtopic=6268 Have fun and good luck!

i have an excellent packer that makes all detected files undetected but as for trojans they extract itself and gets detected after i run the file. it works for netcat but it leaves a message (THNX FOR TRYING ****** , visit ****.***) , so it's good for trojans , i can disable this when i connect
THNX v.much for ur replies

You might also like to try WinShell, provides a shell, downloading capabilities and other basic functions. You can customise the service name and file exe details, so you can disguise it to some degree.
Also, you may like to install Terminal Services on the box, which was discussed in another thread on the board awhile ago.
If you don't want Serv-U on the box, you could always try a different FTP server, raidenftpd or ioftpd both do the job well.

hmm, is radmin detected by AV? i've seen writings that claim both sides heh also, is netcat better than radmin? from my understanding, netcat is shell only, where with radmin one can control the box via mouse/keyboard and view the screen

Exactly. But do you need more than a shell? I don't think so.

There is hardly a known tools or trojan that will go undetected. Often the cure is developed within a week.
I'm not a good programmer but I have a VB program that silly things like open cd tray, word, notepad and etc. Maybe you are interested?
In the case of upload and download, I'm afraid youy have to have to hack everytime you want to do it.
