I want to ul and a run a program that will open a port and be able to connect to that server as a proxy... That make sense? So basically, I get axx then I ul and run this (cmd proggy if possible) then in my Http proxie I put in that IP and port and that is what I use. Any help would be great.. hopeully we can post a file to download for everyone.

Snakes SOCKS Server is a good SOCKS 4/5 server with ip auth and logins...

I use skserver.exe. It install a Socks5 in a port and you can use it with a progz like SocksCap.
