Converts ip:port and Proxyrama format to the Charon Format.
Save your "new" list as proxy.ini and copy it to your Charon dir!

Usage
Macro - Load, chose proxyrama2charon
Use CTRL+P to start
Have a look at the first and last line,
probably you have to correct one or both!
