Official Homepage: hxxp://gaamoa.deny.de (don't worry, page is in english!)
[sorry, didn't know if clickable links are aallowed in the file section?]
You can find the [b]SourceCode on the official Homepage!i can only agree to this, works really fine, and it's
freeware.
you simply put in the list (ip:port; duplicates are automatically removed) you want to check, then you chose for which proxy type (socks4,socks5,http,https) you want to check (of course, you can also check for all types),than you start and proxyrama tells you if the proxy works, supports http connection (viewing websites) and if it's anonymous (hiding your real ip, but don't forget that proxys can keep logs)
[proxyrama can also locate the location of the proxy]
further it includes an intern proxy judge, and if you use a router, simply get an extern proxy judge from the board here (proxy listings section) and enter it in the options.
proxyrama also includes a
googling function, simply hit the button and proxyrama will automatically search for proxys at google and verify them

proxyrama was already posted here, but only the older version.
this version is already longer out, but maybe a few user still don't know it or haven't checked for a newer version the whole time, like me.
if you want to check for proxies or scan the, don't want to pay money for a tool doing this (or downloading an illegal version...) and didn't already test this one or have an older version of it, give it a try, it's a simple but really great tool!
Two things i still want to mention:1) i didn't test the actual version until now, if you experience problems when importing huge proxy lsits, try to reduce them to lists with each max 20.000 ips in it
2) also in older versions, don't know if it's fixed:
when checking for socks and you hit "remove not anon" after checking, proxyrama removes all socks that are not anonymous, but if a socks don't support http and so it's not know if it's anon or not, proxyrama also removes those.
the problem is, that you sometimes can use them e.g. for ftp connections, so it's not a good idea to remove them...
(i use proxyrama for checking, then i sort the proxys with a simple php script)
maybe it had been better to divide the features in single points and not in one text, had been be more "viewable"

hope i've nothing forgotten \:
