I've read that its impossible to change the banner with mod_headers and mod_security on Apache2 > 2.0.47
I think the best way to change the banner is editing the Apache sources ... get the newest version from their page (http://ftp.leo.org/pub/comp/general/infosys/www/daemons/apache/dist/httpd/httpd-2.0.49-win32-src.zip)
unpack it an go to "include", open "ap_release.h" this should look like this:
Just change the values in ""... Save the file an compile it... (I compiled it with ms vc++)After that there should be "libhttpd.dll"... copy the file to apache2\bin. If you want to "export" the dll file you may have to copy msvcrtd.dll too.
