thought this belonged in the beginner section;

i normally go a different way about hacking but this server i found has port 80 open and as an oepn proxy!,

does anybody know of a tool that will scan its internal address for open port 80 via this proxy???

e.g. scan their class C network for open port 80 by their proxy

It depends on how the proxy server is configured.

First grab the lan ip interface, for example 192.168.25.0 - 192.168.25.255
Than scann the lan ip addresses for ping responses via superscan, that you have proxyd via sockscap.
Now you see if it works or not
