Hello,

I was wondering if anyone know anything about some restrictions on starting services. Like a service watch dog or something that don't let you start any new service, and how secure it is.

What you need is a firewall with aplication control.
You can probebly still add a service, but no program can be started without you explicitly allowing it to.
