Been Using Windows 2000 Since It Came Out. Its The Best OS To Develop On. The New OS Are Way 2 Userfriendly. :D

Well am running win2k at the moment and it's pretty damn good... Never did meet a computer that I could'nt crash... but this one takes the cake ... only crashed it twice and Ive got like 100mb free space on it , and she still runs a charm... Memory allocation is important and I think that this one is the best for that...

mind you , you can get a lotta tweaks and stuff from off of the web to do this for you , if you look hard enough blink.gif

Az for longhorn jst finnished downloadin version [4051] this morning ... am goin to burn em to cd and install on other box... hope he's compatable with all my shit... :S

Also got win2003 Server , But aint try'd it...

I'd say Windows XP. Win2k is great too stable and fast as well... (and both of them are more secure using NTFS!!!)

i'm on windows 2k pro, because I just had problems XP on my machine...gaming was quite impossible, and the system ressources were always up to 100 %.

another big adventag of win2kpro is, that your able to copy&paste thing from a command shell just by clicking...that sucked on XP biggrin.gif

Windows Xp is the best in my opinion. Its highly customizable and pretty stable. But all the viruses suck. Nothing can touch LINUX!! wink.gif

When I said boot I meant a 'cold boot' ... that is the moment you switch on your system and you get the Intel splash screen .....

Win2k Adv Server is also really good all round
