IS there any exploits for them??

humm.. i think you're looking for www.google.com
"port [port] exploit OR vulnerability" usually works for me

if i remember right, i think port 5000 is UDP Plug and Play port. There once was a exploit supposedly released for it, but i dont think it ever worked. Id listen to what tweakz said and search google for the rest.
