Hey,

just wondered if anybody ever had this problem with retina; install on XP fully updated and suddenly it blue screen like:-

STOP 00000000x20
NtFS.SYS

or somethin,

my pc's fine and everything else installs ok, even inmstalled retina on other pc's???? any ideas?

Are you using NTFS or FAT32?

The NTFS.SYS file probably pertains to NTFS so if you are using Fat32 maybe Retina is designed in such a way that it won't work with Fat32?

Also, check to make sure you are installing/running as Admin and not a PowerUser.

Try rebooting and then reinstalling again. I had a problem with it at one point, but it was a long time ago. I vaguely remember that being the solution.
