Easy solution. Go get the patch from microsoft.

Get a firewall and filter know ports of attack. Kerio, Tiny, Sygate, Norton, ect...all are worthy if configured properly.

I mean, what's the best? Like KAV is in AV.

Exploit relys on null sessions.. Push out and disable on your domain... But yes apply your patch.
