how do u remove this worm ive been trying for hours , tried mcfee virus scan that online deletes the newest files its made , there is 4 files which are not cleanable deletable , some reason my windows wont start in safe mode it just hangs soon after i select safe mode , is this afecting the starting in safe mode?
anyone got a remover tool that will wipe this right off and patch it

It is neccessary to heal this virus in DOS mode, as this virus is active in Windows mode
and some infected files are being used and access to these files is denied. Also, in
Windows mode, healed files could be re-infected again. To successfully heal all infected
files, please download our rmvalla.exe removal utility and run this utility in DOS mode.
Default path set in this file is to scan C: drive. If you want to change this value,
run the utility as: rmvalla.exe <drive letter>:\
