There are many tools to do that.
MPX Proxy
EvilSocks
bouncer
Snakes Socks Proxy
...
Most you can find right here on the dl section, if not, on google for sure.

ok got some problem , ok well i am running the ipcscan.exe gui on a remote box cause my isp is blocking the ports to scan it , so what i have done is setup bounce on the same remote box as which get nt results from ,
site exec bounce.exe --port 3333 --socks5
then i connect to that with socks cap , ip and port 3333 choose the socks 5 setting with no pass and user
ive experimented i get the result i got from the remote box
and tried to scan it again with ipcscan through the proxy but the nt result dosent show up , also it lets mean scan port 139 with angry ip through the proxy
so nt scanning through a proxy isnt going to work or has someone one forums got this working

hehe I've been using proxy+ too...
It's a damn good proxy program imho...
gets installed as a service, you can limit access based on ip's, username/pass.
And it has support for http proxy, socks 4/5 Proxy, ftp gateway, telnet gateway,...
Everything you might need...
plus, it has a http interface...

I use MPX and i think it is the best becuase u have everything in one:
Http proxy, socks 4 & 5 with or with out authorisation and has a nice Redirect feature aswell

I Recommend it!
