you mean you want to drop packets coming in / leaving your network?

if that is so: you need a router, and then do somthing like

route all TCP to NULL

or what ever the correct syntax is for your router

in ibtables i am unsure.. but there are guieds online for that

It really depends what you are doing with the forged packets, back in the olden days we just forged it with C. Its really not that hard to do it that way, again it depends what you are doing. However you couldn't program you way out of a paper bag. Luckily nemesis is out for winbloz:

This question was and it still for me too....but not the tools are the problem.

Try to read and understand how the packets are maded before you craft some of them and send it...

I recomand you some documentation from teamlib..and especially the one that explain how NIDS works..

I hope that will help you a little.
