Nope, the remote desktop isn't the same as windows terminal services.
You can only log on with on user at the same time.

it s possible to install terminal services on a windows 2000 and advanced server, but not on a domain controler.
Use installterm.exe with sc.exe to create a service

you might want to try apptoservice from
http://www.basta.com/ProdAppToService.htmi been using it and i liked it so far. easy to cre8 service. but you must be careful though, you have to crack the software first before creating the service else your service will expire too due to the expired software

Nope but if u can get a cmd shell another way, you can try to dump the pwhash and then crack it. and then login on with it.
You can also if you have got a shell, add an administrator

How about NetMeeting. I believe you can have several people logged in at the same time sharing a desktop.
Just a thought.....

There are ways to remotely connect to an xp system and watch the rdp session without the user being notified. I'll post it when I have more time to write it up.
I already posted in downloads how to install TS on Win2k servers via cmd line without needing the cd. You do need the ability to upload files to the target.

For slower networks you could try
TightVNC.
