Im looking for a port scanner something like scan1000.exe but a scanner which I can define his maximum threads.
Anybody heard of something?

You can use Superscan but perhaps you want one with not GUI.

Search for scan.exe on the GSO forum, I've seen it several times.

Try ScanLine from Foundstone a nice alternative cmdline port scanner...
