how can I setup the boot menu so default OS becomes Windows ?

Linux Redhat has it's own.
(Lindows has too)
a boot menu is apear first that has Linux and Microsoft options.
After this Windows Boot menu apears.
I know how to work with windows boot menu But I don't know how to with Linux Boot menu.

Just edit the .conf file for whatever bootloader you have... it's not hard. lol

where is these .conf files and how to edit them, please?

The files are usually under the /etc directory. Look for either lilo.conf or grub.conf. When you installed you were asked which one to use. Given that it's RedHat (which version? 7? 8? 9?) usually the earlier versions (7.3 and earlier) had lilo by default. I believe after 8 it went default grub.
