Windows Security Disc:

The University of Michigan has developed a Security CD that every student is required to install on their computer.
If a student fails to install the programs on the cd their computer will be will blacklisted from the T3 line to protect the Universisty servers.
The cd automatically loads a firewall, virus & spyware software and automatically removes scumware.
The cd is available free for download.

The ISO is 453 megs.

Thanks I will burn this one today. Also I got this link from a friend and order it last week if you did know. Microsoft is now offering their complete security patches on CD for no charge and no shipping.

Damn I am tempted to write a perl script to send millions of copys *somewhere* or maybe a bunch to William himself!

Mainly becase of the whole M$ supporting SCO.

i order it and after 2 days it was here ^^
f-secure firewall , antivirus free for 6 month ... and secure cd from microsoft ... directx 9b m media player 9 , and patches ....

very nice!

m$ had a similar disc. i think that this is an extremly good way to stop r00ted computers. i guess this lets them see who the real ppl are who are knowingly using their boxes for warez heh
