I want test ioftpd because you said that is better than serv-u then i want to test it.I want to know to configure this tools. I wish that it has a function hidden like serv-u

I do nOt use Io, but I know that there is a lot of options, parameters ...
U can configure it with telnet ... flashfxp ...
U can find some things scripts ... bots ...

IOFTPD is "sceneware" aka developed pretty exclusively for warez alone, so I wouldn't say it is better than serv-u. It has a lot scripts and such which can be loaded, like PL3X59 mentioned, but again these are mostly for warez, such as site reporting bots. It's definately not easier than serv-u.

yes ioFTPD is quite hard to configure.
But once it's configured it's a truely fabulous ftp daemon.
it's has all the features u ever need
i use ioFTPD myself, and i have never used a better ftp daemon

I just removed ioftpd and 12 gig worth of Warez from a customers site. They shouldn't have used up all the disk space. If it weren't for that they would still have the site.

ioftpd is the fastest windows ftpd available hands down.
