How to scan for Frontpage Server Extensions ? just take that string:
/_vti_bin/_vti_aut/fp30reg.dll
in your CGI Scanner and scan 4 it - enjoY

just look around in here and uīll find lotta cgi scanners (i think xscan, xray, ...)

you should scan port 80 x-scan have a mode for this hole
i think the port 9999 is the shell bind

1) Have you ever learned to read more than 2phrases?
2) Does google exist?
Sorry for the sarcasm used, but this is such a nice opportunity, anyway, ALL ms-related vuln-ports and stuff like that can be found @ www.microsoft.com.
If you do not know how to search you definately are on the wrong place, instead of making it so easy on your ass make it hard for 1 or 2 times, you'll learn way more about searching than you ever will by getting all info served on a plate.
