hmmm.. is there any way to start remote desktop connection services on the hacked pc. like starting and stoping it manually with bat files..

Hey mate, not 100% sure but you sound like you're talking bout XP. I know of no way to start the remote admin with cmd line. However, you may like to look at:

Hopefully this can help you out in your seach.
Also, you may like to use something like winshell, or net start the telnet server and see what happens.

hmm.. i read it long back and don't remeber now but i am not talking abt this way u gave me dude i think that way was to add sumthing to registry to start the services and also as far a i know in win xp and 2000 those files are build in just needs to get start.. though i don't know too much now but before i reinstalled my windows i had a bunch of files with which i cud start the Remote desktop connection services in windows 2000 and windows xp

hmm... radmin is the one which many time causes problem like IP fitler what the hell is this IP filter acutally i had no clue but whenever i try to connect to sum ip's radim gives me error called this computer have ip filter and i can't access it

Firewall blocking it. They realised what you're doing and now their firewall blocks your IP. In other words, your IP is filtered out. Not much you can do to change that, unless you can get in another way and change firewall settings or stop it.
Back to Remote Desktop, give that a whirl, hope it was what you were looking for.
