Ok what happened was that I got dialog saying something about RPC service and that it would restart in 1 min. (I was on fresh install of WINXP so I know I got hit through DCOM). After computer restarts, dialog doesn't come no more. I install KAV but when I run it, the virus kills it. If I run KAV monitor it says:

Dangerous situation!
The process "" tries to terminate Kaspersky AV Monitor.

Can anyone help me out or do I have to do reformat of computer?

Try turn on windows xp firewall.. Then it cant get through.. Then update your windows from microsoft update.. Then you can use your KAV:)

Well, if you got hit on a fresh install, then you shouldn't have much to lose in a reinstall. The best option is a format/reinstall... However, if you dont' want to f/r for some reason, try hitting an online scanner and see if it can scan your system and remove it or find out what's infected you.

i agree with arken i think the best way is to reinstall the system becuse u cant know what kind of a trojan was install after using the dcom

Or try this: McAfee AVERT Stinger

And use e.g. Active Ports to control whats going on with your PC.
