Just wondering if there is anyway to create such "Randow Errors" like, if I click a file, let's say its a virus, and a "Randon Error" pops up, like

"Game.exe could not get started!"

So the person thinks that everythings okay, and forgets it....?

I know you can, but how?

- and possible if you could attach it to a something like netcat etc?

there are tons of backdoors, irc bots and viruses source codes, and generally they are written in c/c++, for unix or win. u can add to these sources just the popup dialog (u haven't to write "random" msgs, i think that only one message like ur example is ok). then u compile them with ur compiler, but don't forget that if it try to access to internet, a firewall can alert the user of what is appening!
