Found this scanner on the microsoft site, it scans network segments for the two RPC patches and tells you which ones have which patches.
The blaster worm is rampant on this network. I used this to find all unpatched computers and inform them they may be infected (The worm takes up my bandwidth too).
The filename has been change from the original.
