well Everyone may knows about win98:

also about Win XP :

Shutdown.exe -s -f -t 00
But what about Win 2k ?

Here is a hint.
Make a bat file and put a line to copy the bat file to
startup folder
and then use this code.

I Added a little tool just upload it to your server start it with psexec if you have ftp rights or with cmd but you know this i think
