windows has a limitation for raw socket implementation any1 noes how to solve this or is there no way?

Only guessing here, but being an inbuilt feature of Windows, you're basically stuck with it.

its the Tcp Ip implementation in Windows Xp that is utilising Raw Sockets..
which makes it easier for DDOS attacks to take place.
its the purest form.

in XP you can change the level of raw socket available
