Well i do not know about a proxy for it but you can use SSH port redirection,
IE
COMPUTER -> SSH PORT REDIRECT -> VICTIM

But here are the steps

1Connect to the shell account using telnet or an ssh client (such as puTTY.)
2 Issue a redirection command:
ssh -R 2600:proxy.com:8080 shell.net
3Change your browsers proxy settings from the defaults to the shell's address (in this case, shell.net)

More information available here or google for SSH port redirection. I know there was a much better guide but I can't seem to find it anymore sorry

I always use SOCKSCAP, with this program u can use every program thru a SOCKS 4/5 proxy

also use sockscap. never had a problem with it. works nice smile.gif

Problem with sockscap is that you need a good sock4/5 server smile.gif Quite hard to find one. And if you do, you prolly aren't the only one using it.
I need around 40 posts more orso, then I'll tell you how to create your own socks wink.gif

To get back to the topic. SocksCap will do what you want just fine.

Easiest thing to do is - just setup a Socks proxy on a stro.
That aint hard init smile.gif

Setting up a proxy server is really easy. Just get yourself a server you have control of, throw a lil unlogging proxy server on it (like rps or bouncer) and start it (as service if required).

For rps that would be

rps.exe [port where to listen] [number of connections]

I.E. rps 80 100
