Depending on WHY you want to kill NAV this may or may not be relevant:
You may find the faster, less blatant and more flexible solution to your problem is to exepack the binary that is offending NAV. This will work for most binaries including many offensive DLL's. Once that is done NAV will cease to complain and you are free to carry the otherwise offensive code from machine to machine regardless of the AV.
Like I say, I don't know WHAT your trying to do but if you've got some code thats tripping your (Or someone elses) AV products then the best solution is to fix the offensive item and stop worrying about AV's.

Net Start
To See Available Services, Look for any A/V.
Then Net stop "Service Name"
Simple as That

thx .
but packing an executable is not an option because NAV responds to a special entered net start command !

many rats have the ability to kill specified processes.
"net stop Norton Antivirus" should do the job.
I agree with former posters that exe modification is better then killing AV.

why to kill a programm the admin installs? pack the progz you wanna upload with upx and then uplaod and the AV won`t detect it. if you stop NAV the admin will start/install it again.

createsvrany uses the service wrapper that comes with the windows nt resource kit. check the M$ knowledge base for svrany or svrany.exe
Hope that helped
