i have local password reset bootdisk, its easy to use just pop in a empty floppy disk and run the bootdisk setup. set ur bios to start floppy drive first. (if that configuration isn't already set).
Allows you to change passwords for local accounts from a remote computer. No need to go to the remote machine to change local Administrator or other account passwords. If you need to change passwords on multiple computers simultaneously, please look at Reset Local Password Pro.

you could even be real lazy and get winternals administrators pack. I believe you can it through bittorrent atm. U just boot with cd and change the password no knowing what it was previous.
Hope you manage to sort it somehow
