Don't bother with RAdmin, use Omniquad's Instant Remote Control:
for hide radmin look the help file r_server /setup etc.... good luck

If u mean u exploited a bock that is nut yours and radmin is already installed, then u'd quit the idea of using it as a RD for your "stro", sysop are sometimes dumb but not that much...

You can try changing the values in the .reg, from memory there's a value controlling the appearance of the icon in the sys tray. If this fails you can always try hex editing it...
KoNh: Sysops are usually that dumb...

if its in the quicklaunch bar, then i would say it has been installed befor your "visit" (as said above)
if you mean the radmin-server-icon in the task bar (i think so): this one you can easily disable by altering the registry

best thing i would suggesst: make a backup of the radmin-registry-entries, input your radmin-registry data, then own the server. when done, update the registry with the old radmin-data, and nobody has noticed any changes
...just try to think a step further

Ok, new to radmin, need a little help.
I'm trying to setup up radmin on another box remotly. The box is behind a wireless router, which is OK. I've got several different methods of gaining the information that I need but, naturally, I choose the most challanging way first.
To get used to the software I: I setup radmin on my machine on my LAN and then tried to remotly install radmin on another machine, also inside my LAN, with admin rights. I uploaded the files admdll.dll raddrv.dll r_server.exe and radmin.exe to a dir C:\radmin. Then I ran r_server.exe /install /silence. I ran the viewer from my machine and tried to connect, I get the message "cannot connect to the server". Then I read somewhere else that I need to run r_server /install /silence from my machine onto the machine I've been trying to connect to. Same results. Then I went onto the machine and ran the setup and installed that way. Same results.
What in the hell am I missing here? I'm new to this but I know a lot of fundamentls, and I cannot spell so keep the comments =) Another thing is, the way I understand this program to work is I run a client from my machine and the machine that I'm trying to connect to is running the server, correct? Help please.

Nevermind, it works now...... don't know what the problem was. Cool, oh well.
Now, for the question. Which of the procedures was the correct one? Running r_server /install /silence from my machine onto the machine I'm trying to control or running radmin.exe /install /silence the same way?

::sigh:: Ok, I uninstalled remotly and then ran r_server /install /silence to find out which file I needed to install. Upon further inspection it seems as if it's not installing the service on the machine remotly...... why not?
Isn't the correct command: where X: is C: on remote machine
X:\radmin>r_server.exe /install /silence
Isn't that all you have to do in order to install on a remote machine?
