1 you execute your program u want for example "servudaemon.exe"
start servudaemon.exe /h /i
now its been executed

2 set it as servvice ! ( ya need to know the SERVICE name also)
start serv-u

Enjoy mate

sorry for bad english!

I also use services.exe it works great and my favorite thign about it is that it lets me autorun a batch file as a service which is great for those proggies that use hidden32 and have lots of switches = ).
Barvaz88
servudaemon.exe /h /i
net start serv-u
Progressor
You can try firedaemon...
jimmy
yourexe.exe -install
net start service_name

but not all progs have a service function, than you might require something like srvany (google to find more about it biggrin.gif )

servudaemon.exe /h /i
net start serv-u

I think you can better only do ServUDaemon.exe /i
/h only installs the servu and when the computer gets rebooted, it won't work anymore. /i means install servu and also startup after reboot wink.gif
